In accordance with Savotta's new guidelines, all the names of the Jaakari, Jaeger, Jääkäri backpacks and rucksacks have been changed today 6.3.2018 to match the size of the backpack and to make things more simple and straightforward.

Aiming to clarify the Jaeger/Jaakari -products and to make them more easy to differentiate between different sized products. The new names for the Mini Jaakari, the Jaakari Backpack, the Rajajaakari and the Jaakari Rucksack are:

Jaakari S (former Mini Jaeger)
Jaakari M (former Jager Backpack)
Jaakari L (former Rajajaakari)
Jaakari XL (Former Jager Rucksack)

All international orders can be made trough our website, we currently ship worldwide to 223 countries. Payment methods for International orders are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. All parcels are shipped from Finland with DHL or in co-operation with the national postal service of the destination country.

We are proud of our fast delivery times here at Mökkimies.com. To Finnish destinations the parcel usually arrives during the next day (excluding weekends). For International deliveries we use DHL and Finnish postal service Priority and EMS shipping with a delivery time of 1-14 days depending on shipping method and destination.

These times apply if you have placed your order before 14.00 (GMT +2) so the parcel ships out the same day.

The online store will automatically send you a tracking number for the parcel when the product(s) are picked up for packing.

We believe that you will be satisfied with the products you ordered. Still, situations can arise where it is necessary to return the product. Therefore we have refined the return process to be as smooth as possible. You have a right to return the product within 30 days starting on the date you received it. You can either replace the product with another product or receive a refund.

Please note that outside Finland you will have to pay the postal fees for your return, unless you have received a faulty or wrong product.
