Kootamo by Mokkimies is our in-house brand.

It was 2019 when we expanded our product portfolio with a brand bearing our own name. Kootamo by Mokkimies was born! Of course, it wasn't instant, planning and thinking started very early in 2018 when we started to figure out about a possibility for our own product line. What's missing from my backpack? Could there be quality and more focused product line without forgetting great price point? Something from the old school sector and some traditional designs blended with our own ideas? Huh? We put some thoughts together and started to see a picture of our own brand. Here we are! Kootamo by Mokkimies.

Our shipping inside Finland is super fast, delivery time being 1-2 days most of the time.

Deliveries to European area will take between 1-6 days and 1-10 days to most of the destinations around the world, depending on the shipping service you choose.

Our company has been established in 1993 and online business we started as early as 2002 with an other type of e-commerce site which is still running strong and good. All international orders can be made trough our website, we currently ship worldwide to 223 countries. Payment methods for International orders are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. All parcels are shipped from Finland with DHL or in co-operation with the national postal service of the destination country.

We are proud of our fast delivery times here at Mökkimies.com. To Finnish destinations the parcel usually arrives during the next day (excluding weekends). For International deliveries we use DHL and Finnish postal service Priority and EMS shipping with a delivery time of 1-14 days depending on shipping method and destination.

These times apply if you have placed your order before 14.00 (GMT +2) so the parcel ships out the same day.

The online store will automatically send you a tracking number for the parcel when the product(s) are picked up for packing.

We believe that you will be satisfied with the products you ordered. Still, situations can arise where it is necessary to return the product. Therefore we have refined the return process to be as smooth as possible. You have a right to return the product within 30 days starting on the date you received it. You can either replace the product with another product or receive a refund.

Please note that outside Finland you will have to pay the postal fees for your return, unless you have received a faulty or wrong product. In case of buyer’s remorse, please remember that the product you are returning has to be unused and in the condition you received it in.
